TCHERNOV CABLE REFERENCE DSC SC Bn/Bn (1.65 M.)

This state-of-the-art High End speaker cable builds on the leading-edge DSC (Distributed Symmetrical Conductor) architecture.

It was purposely developed for immaculate matching of the hungriest of speaker loads and suitable solid-state amplifiers with low output impedance and high peak output current. DSC enables instantaneous group wave speed, low and stable impedance from DC (0Hz) to tens of MHzs and significant EMI reduction up to 20-40dB if compared to a conventional twisted conductor arrangement. X-Shield® rejects most of emitted interferences throughout the entire frequency spectrum. High-damping jacketing with TPU Elastollan® exemplifies unmatched mechanical strength and vibration absorption. With the ability to reproduce the fastest and most complex dynamic contrasts Reference DSC SC opens the new horizons of musical fidelity and holographic soundstaging.

The combination of individual and belt insulated CAFPE®/SASDB® conductors reduces signal energy loss in the dielectric and linear capacitance. A special drainage BRC conductor in the screen structure reduces the contact noise arising in the screen and its impedance, and also evens out the shielding properties along the entire length. Connecting the drain conductor to the negative terminal of the speaker significantly increases microdynamics, spatial resolution and timbral fidelity. A double sheath made of special Russian PVC plastic compound (SPVC) provides mechanical strength, long-term stability of all cable parameters and effectively dampens acoustic noise and vibration effects, while maintaining good flexibility. The Classic MkII SC is exceptionally dynamic yet smooth, perfectly balanced.
