In this version, SATI® consists of many porous fluoroplastic tapes, applied by the cold method in multidirectional layers.

The absence of thermal impact on the conductor, causing its recrystallization, ensures maximum electrical conductivity and homogeneity of the crystal lattice, and the preservation of the porous structure of the fluoroplastic tapes, their viscosity and plasticity - effectively dampens the conductor.
In addition, SATI® reduces the relative permittivity and optimally distributes it across the entire dielectric cross-section, minimizing energy loss and signal dispersion.

For the first time, a 2-layer combined sheath made of TPU Elastollan® from BASF was used.
The inner foam layer increases the overall dielectric properties, the outer solid layer maximally protects the cable composition from acoustic noise and vibration effects.

The flawless design significantly eliminates the causes of interference-correlated jitter and guarantees the absence of distortions in the shape and time parameters of transmitted pulses, which is extremely important for the error-free operation of PLL systems of digital stream receivers when restoring the clock frequency.
