IK Multimedias ARC software has received a great deal of acclaim for its ability to adapt any monitoring configuration to any space even in less-than-perfect rooms. And since that technology is built directly in the iLoud MTM, using them to build a calibrated immersive monitoring setup will enable you to mix in Dolby Atmos and other immersive formats with complete confidence. Youll start by setting up your speakers to match the Dolby specifications for your configuration, then mount each iLoud MTM using the 3/8-inch mic stand thread under each speaker. Next, you connect the included measurement microphone to each speaker and run the calibration routine on each individual unit. Finally, the iLoud MTM contains an internal 80Hz crossover, which is the standard for most immersive setups.
