Vestia N°3 is a slender 3-way bass-reflex floorstanding loudspeaker delivering accomplished performance. Following in the footsteps of the Aria 936 model, it offers linear listening and outstanding neutrality. Its impressive dynamics delivered by three bass speaker drivers with a Slatefiber cone allow it to present the best of Home Cinema and Hi-Fi listening alike. Meanwhile, the treble is enhanced by another Focal technology the M-shaped inverted dome TAM tweeter. Finally, the tilted stands on the loudspeakers enable a soundstage focused on the listener (Time Alignment), for even deeper immersion and more emotions.
The Vestia loudspeakers feature a vent towards the front for more frontal impact, in addition to one at the back for an encompassing bass: a bass-reflex profile which enhances the depth of the soundstage.

The Slatefiber Cone
The Vestia loudspeakers are equipped with Focal's exclusive Slatefiber cone speaker drivers. Each N°3 speaker houses four 6.5" composite cones, comprised of recycled non-woven carbon fibers applied as a filling between two layers of thermoplastic polymer. The combination of these two materials results in excellent acoustic performance, in terms of sound velocity as well as rigidity, damping, and lightness. Focal is the first brand in the audio field to use recycled carbon fibers in its speaker drivers.
'M'-Shaped Inverted Dome TAM Tweeter
Another engineering exclusive, Focal claims the 'M' shape of the inverted dome tweeter has several advantages over a standard inverted dome tweeter. The 1" 'M'-shaped tweeter is even less directional than the standard inverted dome for better flexibility of listening position. Also, the 'M' shape gives the dome more rigidity while reducing distortion. The horn housing of the 'M'-shaped tweeter has been designed to provide equal horizontal and vertical directivity, translating to more accurately reproduced high frequencies with less of a room "sweet spot."
Design and Finish
For the Vestia line, Focal took their inspiration from Vesta and Hestia, Greek goddesses of the hearth and the home. The aesthetic combines a sleek design with understated and refined finishes. The front panels of the loudspeakers have a leather effect, combined with a dark wood finish on the side panels.
